At least 4 killed after floods brought by rainstorm submerge city in central China
At least four people were killed after flash floods brought by a rainstorm submerged a city in central China.
The video, shot in the city of Suizhou in Hubei Province on August 12, shows buildings being submerged in deep floodwater and firemen using inflatable boats to evacuate trapped residents.
Shop owners suffered severe losses as they did not have enough time to transfer their goods and four residents were reportedly killed.
The rescue work is underway. The video was provided by local media with permission.
