Heavy downpour in Islamabad floods roads
Heavy rain has again struck Islamabad, causing roads to flood. Pakistan's capital has been hit by monsoon rains for weeks.
Footage filmed on Thursday shows cars driving through waterlogged roads on Friday (September 10).
"This is after a heavy downpour in E-11 sector of Islamabad," Newsflare's filmer said. "Monsoon rains have been pouring in for the last month and every other day there is a one or two hours of heavy rain. Sometimes it causes trouble to normal traffic and the roads are filled with water. It has also affected the people who are living or having business in the basements of the buildings."
