Dear friends I've decided to say something about italian wines and Italy, because on the web I've seen and heard too much WRONG things about them; I can't stand it anymore, and I think that I'm a right guy to say just something. Enough is enough.

So, starting to talk abut REAL traditional italian wines. In this mine video you can see the Grechetto d'Umbria
it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grechetto
and in the next video youìll see the Sagrantino di Montefalco
it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montefalco_Sagrantino

Grechetto, in this video has a gold color, and it was and is still now used also during the holy christian mass to be drunk by the prayer. Both of them were present in each "courtyard" family, to drive out the evil, the demons. Infact the red one name, Sagrantino, come from Sacrantinum, sacred. On medieval times, especially in the center part of Italy (in this case Umbria, a wonderful region, who has not sea), was very easy beig charged of witchcraft and other stuffs, and immediately burned alive in the public main square.

So, if you had in your field these vinegraps, in a certain way you were sure to don't be charged and accused....
And what about the golden color? It reminds the sun and the halo you can see in the majority of medieval and renaissance paintings. This color was used even by the ancient egyptians, think to their god Horus that means in italian" ora" (hour).......
