The Cleveland Division of Police has released body camera video showing the moments before and after the mass shooting that wounded nine people on Sunday morning in the Warehouse District.

The video begins with an officer walking on West 6th Street and St. Clair as a pair of police cars are blocking off the street at 2:24 a.m. The officer's whistling is interrupted by a rash of gunshots coming from West 6th.

When police arrive at the shooting scene just outside Barley House, they find multiple people injured from gunfire down on the sidewalk. "Where are you hit?," one officer asks a victim.

With several members of police now on the scene, the officer on the body camera is frantically trying to find a trauma kit to help treat the wounded victims. As he searches, he advises one wounded victim to "put pressure on your leg" and uses a belt as a tourniquet. "Just breathe, breathe slowly," he tells the victim. The trauma kit arrives by the time the video ends.

Another video shows police interviewing witnesses outside Barley House, trying to determine where the shots came from.

The nine victims were described as follows:

23-year-old man; shot in forearm
29-year-old man; shot in leg
26-year-old man; shot in wrist and lower body
24-year-old woman; shot in both feet
38-year-old man; shot in leg
23-year-old woman; shot in knee
27-year-old man; shot in both legs
26-year-old man; shot in leg
24-year-old man; shot in knee

According to Cleveland Police Chief Wayne Drummond, two of the victims were treated and released from MetroHealth Medical Center. The remaining seven are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

"They'll all be okay," he stated on Tuesday.

Also on Tuesday, U.S. Marshals arrested 25-year-old Jaylon Jennings for the shooting. He has been charged with the following:

Nine counts of attempted murder
One count of discharge a firearm upon or over a public road or highway
One count of CCW Permit - a handgun other than a dangerous ordnance
One count of having weapons while under disability

Jennings appeared in Cleveland Municipal Court on Thursday, where a judge set his bond at $9 million.
