Skilled Indian chef is able to fry sweets in perfect circles
This skilled chef in Chinsurah, eastern India, is able to fry sweets in perfect circles.
The chef drizzles the flour batter in a spiralling motion into a pan full of sizzling oil.
Each spiral formation is perfect and the chef doesn't break the flow as he moves his hand swiftly around the pan full of oil.
After the frying is over, he then dips the fried spiralled dough into a tub full of sugar syrup and takes it out immediately to be distributed to the customers.
The snack is known as jalebi and is popular across southern Asia.
