In some jobs, when you make a mistake you can clean it up with a mop and bucket. Other jobs, even small mistakes are huge.

On a side note: Where in the world is this that they don't have kitchen garbage bags? My trash guy would get out of his truck and come to my door if my trash was not bagged properly.
