President Trump recalls that during his school years at a military academy, where he was in charge of the rifle rack, he cleaned the rifles obsessively. He was meticulous about his uniform. He has stated that at his time at the school he got "more training militarily than a lot of the guys that go into the military" and that he "always felt that I was in the military in the true sense" because of his school training.
It's unfortunate that he developed bone spurs from age 18 to 26, I am sure that Trump would have been promoted to a 6 star General if he would have served in the US Armed Forces during the Vietnam war era.
