Man dangerously hangs child off cliff to take photos in north China
By: Shocking footage captured a man hanging a child off a vertical cliff on the side of a road to take photos in China.
The video was filmed in Beijing on July 12 and provided by local media with permission.
A man was heard saying: "He (the man) even shakes his hands which are holding the child."
