Recently, an OSHP helicopter spotted a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed on I-71 in Richland County.

The aircrew contacted Mansfield Post dispatchers.

Troopers located the vehicle and made a traffic stop after observing a violation. The driver was found to be impaired!
