During Monday's hearing, the bond for Justin Chappell was revoked.

After attacking both a Deputy and a K9, the judge revoked Chappell's bond and denied all of his previous bonds as well.

RCSD has release the body cam footage of the incident.

According to RCSD, the incident happened when K9 Deputy Samantha Ramirez attempted to make a traffic stop for a vehicle reported stolen.

Chappell, who was driving the car, refused to stop. There was a short chase before Chappell crashed into a tree on Shakespeare Road and Baxter Drive. Chappell then got out of the vehicle and ran.

Ramirez released K9 Kodak to chase Chappell. He continued to fight both Ramirez and K9 Kodak until more deputies arrived on scene.
