Footage shows the water immediately freeze into ice crystals as a man leans backwards and throws the liquid out of flasks into mid-air in this weather stunt from Siberia, Russia.

The filmer, who recorded the clip on February 1, said: "I live in Siberia on the shore of Lake Baikal. When the temperature drops below -35 degrees Celsius, one entertainment is to throw up hot water. The water instantly turns into steam and snow, creating an amazing effect."
