Daytona Beach, FL - A Daytona Beach woman was arrested after police said she crashed an SUV into a parked vehicle, then refused roadside sobriety exercises and tried to walk away from the investigation.

Daytona Beach police identified the driver as 24-year-old Elizabeth Boucher.

Police video shows a Ford Bronco striking a vehicle parked in a driveway with enough force to push it onto the grass. Boucher told an officer she had hit the front light of the other vehicle but said she did not know what happened.

An officer told her the investigation had shifted from a crash investigation to a criminal DUI investigation. When asked to perform sobriety exercises, Boucher declined.

“No exercises,” she said in the video before attempting to walk away.

An officer stopped Boucher and placed her in handcuffs, telling her that declining to speak with police did not end their investigation. Police said Boucher later refused a requested DUI test.

Boucher faces charges including DUI, DUI-related damage, possession of a controlled substance and resisting an officer, according to the Daytona Beach Police Department.
