Dash cam footage of police chase, tase and arrest at Navy Operations Center

Chattanooga, TN - A man led Hamilton County deputies and Chattanooga police on a chase Thursday, jumping the fence at the Chattanooga Navy Operations Center Thursday afternoon.

The pursuit started in Rutherford County around 1:30pm.

Officials say Scott Gooden led them to the Chattanooga Riverpark, just off Amnicola Highway, before they initiated a pit maneuver.

Gooden attempted to run from deputies but was taken into custody shortly after.

He is facing numerous charges:

* Evading Arrest
* Reckless Driving
* Resisting Arrest
* Aggravated Criminal Trespass
* Aggravated Burglary

Gooden faces additional charges out of Murfreesboro:

* Aggravated Stalking (x2)
* Violation of Order of Protection
* Retaliation for Past Actions
