In Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region, a fire broke out at an oil refinery. This will be reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the message of the regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Rescuers said that the fire area was 50 square meters.

“At 09:25 Moscow time, information was received that a fire had occurred in a heat exchanger at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery,” the Ministry of Emergencies reported.
