North Fort Myers, FL - A pair of curly-tailed escape artists caused a stir in North Fort Myers, with one pig stealing a shoe before deputies stepped in.
On Tuesday, deputies with the Lee County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) were called to an unwanted wanderer of the pink variety roaming a North Fort Myers neighborhood.
Upon arrival, one resident approached deputies and told them that one of the pigs had taken her shoe off and run off with it.
With food in hand to coax the pigs over, deputies were able to leash one of the pigs, with the pig biting a deputy's finger along the way.
Body cam shows that the other pig had different plans, sprinting away from deputies to a backyard before being wrangled.
The two piggies, who may have been on their way to market, were given to Animal Control to get them all the way home.
