Arson Ain't Easy: Thief & Arsonist in North Carolina Ignites

Deputies in Catawba County, North Carolina, are investigating an arson and theft of a sack of cash at an RV Park in the community of Sherrills Ford. Firefighters were called to the Lake Norman RV Resort on North Carolina Highway 150 around 1 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1.

The suspect ran away with his feet on fire before the flames finally went out. A bag of money taken from inside the office also caught on fire in the parking lot.
