Lowell, AR - A late-night encounter in a J.B. Hunt parking lot after Hicks accused a woman of speeding. In the video, Hicks tells the woman he has pulled her over for speeding, and she questions the stop and disputes she was speeding. A short time later, Hicks pulls the woman from her car.

She was arrested and taken to the Benton County Jail. The incident happened at 9 p.m. Oct. 10, 2024, at J.B. Hunt Corporate Drive.
