Logan County Deputy faces aggravated DUI, child endangerment charges after Edmond crash with kids

Edmond, OK - A Logan County Sheriff's Deputy is facing charges of aggravated felony DUI and child endangerment.
Edmond Police said Matthew Knox got into a crash around 3 p.m. on March 4 near 2nd and I-35. Inside Knox's vehicle were his 1-year-old and 5-year-old.
"How much have you had to drink?" An Edmond officer asks Knox in body camera footage of his arrest.
"Enough." Knox responded.
Knox failed a field sobriety test, and when asked to do more tests, Knox responded, "Dude. Full disclosure. I'm going to jail."
According to a police report, Knox's BAC was a .21.
Officers said before the crash, he ran a red light. Knox drove into another car after that. He had minor injuries to his hand. His children were not injured.
Knox's children were released to their grandparents.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office confirmed Knox is a deputy. He is on administrative leave.
