Archive footage shows Richard "Bigo" Barnett addressing a small audience at the Arkansas State Capitol back in November while carrying an assault rifle.

On January 6 Barnett was one of the rioters who stormed the Capitol building in Washington DC and then broke into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office.
