During a rodeo event in the city of Holtlandia, a cowboy's boot buckle got tangled in the bull's harness and he was dragged by the bull.
20-year-old Daniel Alexandre dos Santos was briefly unconscious and taken to the hospital, where his condition stabilized, but he sustained serious injuries including a dislocated right knee and a blow to the head, and required intubation.
