This is the dramatic moment a lightning bolt struck a tree causing it to fall on a roof as the Indonesian city of Yogyakarta was battered by a storm on Sunday (April 4).

According to local reports, the area was hit by rain and strong winds at around 1300 local time.

The storm downed billboards and trees created treacherous conditions on the roads.
