CCTV captures terrifying moment Indian street vendor dodges out-of-control car

A street vendor in southern India had a lucky escape last month when a speeding car careered off the road and rammed into his stall.

CCTV footage captured on March 28 in Hyderabad shows the hawker dodge out of the way of the out-of-control vehicle with inches to spare.

Local police detained the driver, Venkatesh, and booked him for negligent driving.

No one was hurt though the incident led to significant property damage, according to the police.
