Sheriff Chooses New Lottery Winner

This weeks lottery winner was chosen because he had a middle finger and an air freshener hanging from his rearview mirror. Lottery prize amount will be determined by a jury of his peers and gifted by the local taxpayers.

Unfortunately the gifting Sheriff Deputy had is hand injured while explaining the lottery prize rules to the recipient.

The rules for next week's lottery have yet to be announced, but rumor has that the winner will be selected for darker skin coloring and a missing mud flap.
