Missile strike on Lviv damages three electrical substations

Explosions have been reported in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, leading to power outages and train delays.

The mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovy, announced the news on Telegram but did not say if there had been any casualties.

“Two power substations were damaged as a result of the missile strike – there is no electricity in part of the city,” he said.
