Canadian man in epic backflip fail from 50ft cliff

This is the moment a man from Canada miscalculated a backflip off a 50ft cliff and ended up doing a painful back flop into the lake below.

Footage shows Blair Landry's ambitious stunt on August 17th in Sicamous in British Colombia start well but he then over-rotates and smacks down into the water with a big splash.

"I decided to backflip off a 50-foot cliff - this did not end well," said Landry.

"I suffered a lacerated lung but am all good now," he added.
