Edmond, OK - Body camera video from Edmond Police shows the arrest of a shirtless suspect who was fleeing police in 12-degree temperatures on Saturday, Jan. 24.

The suspect was caught around 3 a.m. after a snowy foot pursuit

Police report the suspect is accused of robbing a business and taking more than $4,500 worth of Pokémon cards. The suspect was also reportedly driving a stolen vehicle and crashed into a mailbox before the foot pursuit started.
