Man blames McDonald's breakfast for speeding nearly 50 mph over limit

Manassas, VA - A man's craving for McDonald's breakfast ended with him getting hit with a ticket for reckless driving in Manassas.
Manassas City Police Department released body-camera video of a traffic stop from Aug. 16.
In the video a motorcycle rider is pulled over. Investigators said he was traveling 72 mph in a 25 mph zone along Hastings Drive.
"I was going a little too quick, wasn't I?" the man can be heard saying to the officer in the video.
"Yeah, way too quick," the officer responds.
"I was trying to hit the McDonald's breakfast," the man said in the video.
The officer can be heard warning the rider about the dangers of excessive speed.
"The first thing that's going to fly off of that bike is you," the officer said to the man in the video. "Seventy-two, someone pulls in front of you — dude, you're done."
