The fearless Honey badger
The honey badger, also known as the ratel, is a fearless and highly adaptable mammal native to Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Indian subcontinent. Renowned for its aggressive nature and tenacity, it is capable of defending itself against much larger predators and is known to raid beehives for honey and larvae, hence its name. Despite its small size—typically weighing between 9 to 30 pounds—its toughness and resilience have made it a symbol of fearlessness, often highlighted in popular culture through viral videos and the phrase "honey badger don't care."
