Body camera video shows road rage turn to knife fight near I-35

Oklahoma City, OK - Body camera video shows the moments an Oklahoma City police officer pulled up as a violent road rage fight escalated into a knife attack Saturday night.
The incident sent one man to a hospital and landed a motorcyclist in the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
"At 44th and I-35. I think there’s a wreck. Some people are trying to fight," the officer said in the video.
At first, the officer thought she was coming up on a crash. Then, she saw a knife.
"Show me your (expletive) hands!” the officer said.
The motorcyclist then dropped the knife.
"He has a knife! He has a knife!" the driver of the car said.
The motorcyclist then got on the ground. The driver of a red sedan was severely bleeding and clutching his arm.
"Stay on the ground!" the officer said.
"He tried to run me over," the motorcyclist said.
Nearby surveillance video showed the motorcyclist cut off the red sedan and then stopped in the middle of the road. Seconds later, the drivers began swinging, according to police.
"My (expletive) arm is bleeding, bro. He stabbed me," the injured driver said.
"I know. Give us a second," the officer said.
Backup then arrived, and the 48-year-old biker was placed in handcuffs while officers searched him.
"Y’all get in a wreck?" the officer asked.
"Dude tried to run me over the (expletive) road," the motorcyclist said.
Officers then placed him in the back of a patrol unit. The motorcyclist was arrested for assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
"He's the (expletive) aggressor. He tried to run me off the road, and this is crazy," the motorcyclist said.
Jail records show his bond was cut from $50,000 to $22,500.
