Hit-and-run road rage incident against motorcyclist

Police have arrested the driver accused of crashing into a motorcycle rider on Highway 26 during an apparent road rage incident on Monday morning.

Portland Police confirmed that Samir Pazzoto-Filho was charged with second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and failure to perform the duties of a driver (hit-and-run). He was arraigned on the charges Tuesday morning.
