Tolliver is seen on the ground with blood on his back as police arrest him. EPD said medical aid was provided, and the suspect survived.

His gun was identified as a .38 special revolver that was fully loaded with six live rounds.

According to police, Tolliver was arrested and is facing assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer and felon in possession of a firearm charges.
