A shooting in a Vancouver neighborhood ended with two suspects in custody and officers seizing 12 pounds of meth, 2.5 pounds of fentanyl, guns, cash, and other drug-related evidence.

There were no reports of injuries from the gunfire.

The incident started at about 2:20 a.m. when Vancouver Police officers were called to reports of a shooting in the 2400 block of Carlson Road. They approached a home and found two men in the driveway, saying one of them had a gun. Both men were taken into custody.

Investigators found 26 bullet casings in the driveway. The shooting prompted a welfare check at the home, and police found a lot of meth and a handgun in the kitchen.

After searching the home and confirming no one was hurt inside, officers left the house and got a search warrant, Vancouver Police said. Once they had a warrant, detectives went back in and found:

* 12 pounds of meth
* 20,000 pills (2.5 pounds) containing fentanyl
* 1/2 an ounce of heroin
* Two handguns
* $116,428 in cash
* Other evidence of drug distribution

Both men were booked into the Clark County Jail on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver meth/fentanyl, and unlawful use of a building for drug purposes. One of the men faces an additional two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
