Tucson, AZ - New video has emerged showing the events of an officer-involved shooting in midtown Tucson last year. The footage reveals the moment a Tucson Police Department officer unintentionally fired his weapon.

The officer attempted to stop a driver who did not pull over on November 29, 2025.

The driver then entered an apartment complex near 22nd Street and Craycroft Road. Both occupants of the car exited and began to flee on foot.

As the officer exited his vehicle, his gun accidentally discharged.

No one was injured in the shooting.
