Iran strongly condemns Kabul terrorist attack
Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman has strongly condemned the Kabul terrorist attack. Saeed Khatibzadeh offered condolences on the tragic incident. He called for the immediate formation of a broad-based government in Afghanistan to help protect people’s lives and property. World leaders have also denounced the Thursday bombing in Kabul. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called a meeting of the permanent members of the Security Council to discuss the situation in Afghanistan. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson described the attack as barbaric. German Chancellor Angela Merkel slammed the blasts as absolutely despicable. NATO said they were horrific.
