Four injured during evacuation after plane overshoots runway in northwest China
Four passengers were injured during an evacuation after their plane overshot its runway in northwest China.
The video, filmed in the city of Aksu in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on August 29, shows passengers running out of a plane to evacuate at Aksu Airport.
The flight No.G54394 from Korla to Aksu reportedly overshot the runway when it was landing at Aksu Airport.
Nine flight attendants and 64 passengers have been evacuated. Four passengers suffered minor scratches during the evacuation.
The runway at Aksu Airport was closed for a short time. The plane was moved away from the scene at 20:50 and the airport's operation was back to normal at 21:30.
