Pennsylvania hit with multiple tornados, record-breaking floods following Hurricane Ida
Eastern Pennsylvania was hit with record-breaking flooding on September 1 following Hurricane Ida.
The flooding caused many creeks and rivers to overflow their banks onto nearby roadways. Many areas were under flash flood warnings as they received 8-to-10 inches of rain.
