Drone footage shows Turkish-owner cargo ship that ran aground near Bulgarian nature reserve
Drone footage from September 22 shows a Turkish-owned cargo ship that has run aground near a Bulgarian nature reserve on the Black sea coast.
The 83-metre-long vessel VERA SU hit the rocks near the popular park in Bulgaria.
According to Maritime.bg, watchkeeping officers on the ship were asleep when the vessel hit the rocks.
The ship that is carrying fertilizers has been stranded for two days. Officials fear the risk of environmental pollution if a salvage operation doesn't go to plan.
